5 Things I want To Help Midlife Women With
Welcome Beautiful!
Are you tired of the beauty industry promoting their “anti-aging” products to you? Aging is great, it is a gift and a privilige to be able to age. You are not someone who needs to be fixed. You can, and you should, rock your wrinkles and grey hair. If you don’t want to, that is totally cool too! Just know, you are amazing the way you are. You are a queen(ager) and it is time the world gets to see the amzing you that you are.
This blog is your space to help you create your best midlife. If you haven’t felt your best lately, or felt like something is missing in your life. Maybe you want more fun, purpose, passion. Or you started questioning your life (midlife awakening, hello!). This is meant to be a place for you, where you (hopefully!) feel seen, heard and understood.
To give you an idea what you can expect here, I have put together 5 things I want to help midlife women with:
- Helpful, honest and authentic content to make midlife easier and more fun and fullfilling for women
This first one is a bit broad for a reason. In general I always strive to create content for you that is helpful, honest and valuable. - Mindset tools and book recommendations to help you live your best midlife
I love books on mindset and self development. Most of what I learned in those books probably none of us learned at school. I wish we all did because what I learned in those books has been so helpful and beneficial for my life. - Have fun with fashion
You can wear whatever the heck you want to! Let’s have fun with fashion because fashion is not just about making you look good but also feel good.
- Take the stress out of diet and exercise
I am not a fan of restrictive diets. I don’t believe they work and I don’t believe they are good for you physically and mentally. There is so much noise out there, what to eat, what not to eat, but I like to keep it simple because life can be complicated enough already! That’s what I am going to share with you here. - Skin care and make up ideas and recommendations
I don’t believe that any cream can make my skin look like I am twenty again. That’s not my goal, but as we age our skin changes. It looses moisture, maybe becomes more sensitive and some make up and skin care products we loved and sweared by in our 30ies don’t work for us anymore.
Can’t wait to share more with you and hope you like to hang out with me on here!
